Every state has money that funds medical care and medicine.
This new system will get the funding invested in state bonds
so that it will make money. To begin with, 10% of the annual
interest will go into a series of $100,000 checks and everybody
in the state that's a member of the health fund, everybody
will be a member, will have a chance to win the money. The
acquisition of the money will go to those willing to make
an effort to improve your health. These people will receive
multiple checks. The drug addicts, the alcoholics, the obese
person, the diabetics, everybody that make the effort to change
their lifestyles, to change their diets and work to accomplish
healthful goals will be monetarily rewarded. The more effort
they make, the more checks they will get. The underlying goal
is to eliminate health care costs by encouraging people to
take responsibility for their own health. Encouraging people
to stay healthy and take responsibility for their own health
as opposed to handing the power over to a physician. Thus,
capitalism will be used to encourage people to do the right
thing. By doing the right thing, their taxes are going to
go down.
There could be HMO's in which everyone that is a member is
also a practitioner of urine therapy. They waylay medical costs
because their "medication" is coming from within their own bodies.
Every individual ingests 6-8 ounces of their own urine every
morning. By acknowledging this and thus acknowledging their
bodies' innate capacity to heal itself, they will not get sick.
Urine is just filtered blood, dead cells are sterile water,
and dead cells are a vaccination. If someone catches a disease,
they can drink their urine at night and put those dead cells
back in their body. Thus stimulating an immune response that
will produce more killers for the particular illness at a faster
rate than the disease itself can multiply. Because the sicker
one is, the more ones immune system is going to be fired up
when one drinks their own urine. Combining this with other aspects
and recognition of self-empowerment fits right in with faith.
Fate is esoteric. Individuals manifest their own fate. This
includes the manifestation of the empowered body and soul to
heal itself.
The resurgence of natural healing will completely break the
backbone of the medical association, putting most of the allopathic
doctors out of work. To achieve this, society today must transform
itself into a transitional society. This includes moving into
smaller communities, not into hospital beds. Hospitals will
be reserved for emergencies only. Babies, instead of being born
in hospital beds will be at home in hot tubs.

In a video I saw of the birth of my niece in a birthing tub,
she came out, the cord was still attached, the water was the
same as the amniotic fluid, the baby, on it's own, oriented
to the mothers stomach, the hand came out of the water, grabbed
hold of the nipple. The head just came out of the water. She
reached, on her own, for her first breath. Babies innately know
what to do. Of course, it is important that the mother is healthy.
Concerning the new health care system, if a woman smokes when
she is pregnant, her coupons will be cut in half. As punishment
for consciously partaking in detrimental activities, she will
not have a chance at receiving money from the health care plan.
Punishment is she loses shares. Does she still have full access
to the medical system? Perhaps. However, she may have to pay
out of pocket for a larger percentage of her health care costs.

The underlying concept is this empowerment
of each individual by the capitalistic system to look at each
individual as a resource. You want your resources healthy.
The healthiest resource is an individual who takes responsibility
for his or her own health.
Doctors will have to have to get involved in
other activities. They can join the politicians in something
else. Politicians now are nothing more than the consensus
of the populations of the community. That is all a politician
is. Upon the development of the United States, the politicians
were merely short term or were regularized, if you will. They
were just members of the community and were just voices for
the community.
The whole concept of merging capital in an
American democracy actually just took place in the last 30
or 40 years. As late as 1957 or 1958, the Library of Congress
was the exclusive research facility and knowledge base for
congress. If a representative had a question, they asked the
Library of Congress. Recently, however, it has all shifted
over to special interests and the information became colored
as a result.

Within the preexisting health structure, ozone
is a commonly known bodily cleanser. Ozone has an affinity
for anything that is not or will not bond, with anything that
is. Anything that is supposed to be in your body, ozone will
not bother. Anything that is not suppose to be in your body,
an ozone molecule will bind with and destroy. This is the
nature of ozone. In the process of explosion, it destroys
the invader, leaving an oxygen molecule behind which helps
destroy the next one. Not anything that's not supposed to
be in the body, does not like oxygen. This is the nature of
biochemistry. The application of urine therapy and ozone will
eliminate 90% of the current need for allopathic medical professionals.
It must be the individuals' responsibility to partake of a
healthy diet, lowering beef consumption, and exercise.

To enable this process to unfold, the world
needs to cut beef consumption by 50%. We do not need to do
it overnight, but in a relatively short period. This will
free enough acreage to grow vegetable crops and housing for
the additional 5 million people coming. Protein bars are fantastic.
Beef products are a very complex molecule that is very easy
and very appropriate for growth, but once growth is obtained,
the energy consumed in breaking down this complex protein
molecule becomes a contender for the energy available in the
body. Thus, forcing the body to funnel more energy in the
digestive process instead of other system functions. The body
uses more energy to break down a protein molecule, be it cheese
milk or steak, than it does to break down any other food molecule.
In reinventing the health care system, we will
teach people how to take responsibility for their own health
and by exposing them to the least invasive tools. The fourth
leading cause of death in America is the inappropriate consumption
of pharmaceuticals. It kills people, all the time. Taking
prescription medicines as prescribed is the fourth leading
cause of death in America.

One of the things I envision in 20 years time
is that if I'm walking down the street and I have an anxiety
attack, I can stop dead and put my arms out and people will
line up to hug me and walk me to a coffee shop. Anytime, anywhere,
anybody. People will be feeling free instead of run by their
job and the other stresses in their lives. Once we begin the
education in the implementation process, it will begin to
manifest big time in about 12 years time when you get a full
generation. I contend we can get a generation in 12 years
and a full generation comes along, that have graduated high
school, that have learned in some structured environment learned
critical thinking, the value of collaborative thinking, how
to cooperate, giving and sharing to accomplish a goal. Sure
it is going to take 30 or 40 years for all these old curmudgeons
to die off, but we will ultimately be left with a generation
of compassionate thinker. The only rewards I really want from
this movement are the residuals from the bumper stickers and
a free shot at rebuilding my body at whatever becomes available.
